I said all of that to say that I'm having a problem with sims being able to move into my town. I browsed through the manual, and the FAQ on the website for the mod, but most of it just sounds like gibberish to me.
Currently I'm only using the base mod, and the the extra because everything else just gives me far too many options, most of which I don't understand. I like that this story progression mod does a much better job at keeping the townies moving around and aging, and just generally going about their lives at a pace that closer matches my active family. This is the first time I've ever used mods in my game, and I'm enjoying it very much.
